The Spectral 'Pirogue' is one of three known Ghost Ships in Dreadmire. This sinister apparition that appears in the Perdition. The captain was a wicked halfling serial killer whom took great pleasure in murdering and torturing innocent halfling women and children. He was eventually captured by a Weregator and his body was tied to the top of a tree where the sadistic halfling died of exposure. The serial killer reformed as a spectre. It destroys life as it did before, taking great pleasure in seeking out the innocent once again to destroy them slowly and painfully. The creature paddles its flying spectral pirogue near where it died, swooping through groups of unsuspecting victims to engage its Energy Drain ability.
